Delivery, Returns and exchanges
Standard Delivery (£3.95) We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 2-3 working days. An e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched will automatically be sent to you. Please allow five working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will notify you by e-mail and inform you of the proposed delivery date. The normal delivery method used will be the Royal Mail “Recorded signed for” service and therefore a signature will be required on delivery. Please note that dates for delivery are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to delays in delivery. International Delivery within EU (Additional £4.05) We are happy to accept orders from overseas customers within the EU. Items will normally be sent using the "International signed for" service to ensure secure delivery. An additional postage cost of £4.05 will be added to the cost of your order. Additional customs or import duties may also apply and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Delivery - Rest of the World (Additional £6.55) Overseas customers outside of the EU - an additional postage cost of £6.55 will be added to the cost of your order. Any order placed will be on a "sale and no return" basis and agreement to this will be sought before any order is processed. Additional customs or import duties may also apply and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges At Daisy Fitness we aim to provide a “hassle free” returns policy and therefore we are happy to perform exchanges and refunds. If for whatever reason you wish to return items please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt to allow us to return the item into the sale before it ends. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund providing the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging with labels attached. We cannot refund or exchange on any goods that have been soiled i.e. with make-up, perfume or deodorant or have missing labels. If you wish to exchange an item please download the returns and exchanges form (see link below) and provide details of the new item, including size and colour. Please return the item(s) to us at the address below and remember to include the completed returns slip which you can download and print here. We advise customers to return goods via recorded delivery and retain the proof of postage. All items remain your responsibility until received by us. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment and we will e-mail you on the day the refund is being processed. Initial exchange items will be sent to you free of delivery charges. However subsequent exchanges on the same order will incur postage costs. Faulty goods If you believe the goods supplied are faulty, please return them to us enclosing a note detailing the problem with the item. We will examine the item upon receipt and if appropriate we will arrange an exchange item to be sent to you or a refund including your return postage costs.
